SPECIAL NOTICE -- RE: INCORPORATION PROCESS

I have been informed by Matthew Terry of Goodwin Procter, our pro bono attorneys, that the incorporation paperwork his office submitted was returned as incomplete by the Massachusetts Secretary of State. This means we are not an official corporation.
Matthew said our paperwork would be re-sent on Monday.
I told him were suprised by the delay, since we had not been notified.
